The Law of Reversal
The inner work with the law of reversal is a meditation of active thought, examining the human experience and understanding its root. It originates from the work of Isaiah ben Aharon and of anthroposophy. As part of the work, the actual experience is broken down into its elements: thought, emotion, desire, and body sensation. After that, we examine how the subjective emotion performs an inversion of the objective spiritual ideal, in that it appropriates it to the limited conditional personality. The inversion of the inversion can then be done.
Placemaking
Placemaking is a broad concept regarding the design and planning of places, for individuals and for the general public. The concept takes into account all the elements, including aesthetics, lighting, comfort, accessibility, but also creativity, connection to the natural environment and the community, infrastructure, etc. The concept is first and foremost a spiritual concept that includes the soul and the human spirit in the space, and not only constructs the space in a functional way.
Natural Lifestyle
We often forget the importance of basic life habits in the context of the health of our mind, body and even our social structures. I research and implement the basics of a complete plant-based diet, hygiene and natural cosmetics, time management and synchronization with the day and the seasons, physical activity, and so on.
Higher Sexuality
The question of toxic sexuality is central to the modern world, saturated with pornography, casual and frequent sex, and momentary and unsatisfying pleasure. The practices of high sexuality deal with issues of intimacy, avoiding ejaculation and multiple orgasms, open communication and working with shame, guilt, etc. Sex education nowadays is absent, both for young people and for adults. I interweave the relatively limited knowledge I have acquired so far in workshops and meetings.
Will-Based Economy
Will-based economics is the product of a philosophical-phenomenological analysis of the human economy. The concept is described in detail in my writings and will be published as a systematic philosophical essay. There are elements similar to the gift economy; At the same time, a will-based economy involves complete demonetization and avoiding any measurement of human actions. In a will-based economy, the artificial separation between giving and receiving dissolves. This is a central element in all the projects I implement and participate in.
Yoga & Meditation
In workshops and personal meetings, I combine elements from various teachings and traditions of yoga and meditation, including: mindfulness, vipassana, chakra and kundalini meditation, yoga and more. In addition, I combine meditations that are not from the teachings of the East but from the teachings of the West, including Kabbalah and Anthroposophy. The internal practices complement and support the external projects.
Permaculture
Although permaculture design pertains to agriculture and ecological construction, it can be applied to a general holistic view of any type of planning. It's a perception according to which any system - natural or man-made - must be observed in its entirety, and the multitude of components it includes must be taken into account. Among other things, the concept is characterized by efficiency and maximization of existing resources, circularity and zero waste, and so on. I apply the concept in the projects I implement and in my private life.
DeTechnologization
The current reality requires discourse and conscious use of technology, and in particular processes of immobility versus mobility. The assimilation of these processes, in the life of the individual and in organizations, is a pillar for one of the fundamental challenges of today. The impact on mental health, body, and our economic and cultural systems depends on the technological question.
Social Threefolding
The Social Threefolding examines each of the three sectors of society according to its unique characteristics: the public sector, the private sector, and the civil sector. In particular, there is an emphasis on civil society as the leading quality in society, and not just as a third sector. I integrate the concept into the lives of individuals, organizations, and the social structure as a whole (theoretically).
The Work
This practice enables us to examine the reality of our thoughts within a simple and concise framework.
It therefore allows us to differentiate between a subjective reality and an objective one.
Non-Violent Communication
Non-Violent Communication is first and foremost a tool for self-awareness.
It harnesses the words that we use in order for us to become more conscious of our thoughts, feelings and wills, and therefore create more thriving relationships.
Practicing NVC, we learn how to differentiate between interpretation and observation, between our projections and our real emotions, and thus discover our true need and communicate it.
I incorporate this tool in my workshops and individual sessions.
