Cafe Anis
Jaffa D · 2021 onward
"Cafe Anis" was founded as a non-profit community and ecological cafe in the Jaffa D neighborhood. The project was founded and run by the local community, and aimed to put principles like zero waste into practice.
When it opened, the cafe had an environmental and social credo, aspiring to a will-based economy.
I led the founding of the cafe during 2021.
